He was your child, he moved inside you, had hiccups, sucked his thumb, kicked field goals (it does feel like that some days) and brought you joy. Why not a birth certificate? That really freaks me out. Really. Who would wear that around children, or, better yet, AT ALL?!?!?!?!
I think that they may not have really been at the Disney park. I think it was more a costume or something. Still if they did wear it around kids then shame on them!
